Permanently remove your email address from the VodiPlayer licensing service. We'll email you a confirmation code first.

What happens when you delete your account

Your subscription is tied to your device, not your email, so it keeps working until it expires. What you give up is the ability to restore it onto a new device, because there will no longer be an email address to verify.

Deleted

  • Your email address
  • The link between your email and your devices
  • Your email address in our activity logs

Kept

  • Payment and licence records, kept for accounting and tax purposes
  • A record that your device has used its free trial, to prevent trial abuse
  • Activity logs with your personal details stripped out

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
